For further information or to make a reservation at our campsite Le Soubregeon in Saint-Denis-d’Oléron in Charente-Maritime, our team is available by e-mail or telephone during reception opening hours.

  • In July and August, it is open from 9 am to 7 pm, and on Saturdays until 8 pm.
  • In low season, opening hours are 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6:30pm.

How to get to the campsite


We’ll guide you to our Le Soubregeon campsite on the Ile d’Oléron in Charente-Maritime.

    • by plane: the nearest airport is La Rochelle. From the airport, you can continue by car or coach to our campsite.
    • by car: easily accessible by car. Follow the signs to Saint-Denis-d’Oléron, and our campsite is well signposted.
    • by bus from La Rochelle: you can reach the island via Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron in around 2 hours.
    • by boat: from La Rochelle, allow around 45 minutes for the crossing.
    • by train from La Rochelle: you can reach the island via Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron in around 2h30.

How many vehicles are allowed per camping pitch?

Each camping pitch offers parking for one vehicle only. If you are traveling with several vehicles, we invite you to use the available outdoor parking spaces.

Can I recharge my electric vehicle at the campsite?

No, the charging points at the campsite are not designed for recharging electric vehicles. We recommend that you use dedicated facilities outside the campsite.

What do I need for a camping pitch with electricity?

For camping pitches with electricity, you’ll need to bring an extension lead with a P17 (blue) adapter. This equipment is not supplied by the campsite, so remember to equip yourself accordingly.

Are charcoal barbecues allowed?

No, for safety reasons, charcoal barbecues are prohibited. We advise you to use gas or electric barbecues, if authorized, according to current regulations.

Is it possible to rent a fridge at the campsite?

Unfortunately, the campsite does not offer a fridge rental service. We suggest you bring your own refrigerating equipment if necessary.

Which dogs are allowed on the campsite?

First and second category dogs are not allowed on the campsite. Other pets are welcome, subject to compliance with the rules of conduct.

Can I choose my camping pitch in advance?

You can indicate your camping pitch preferences at the time of booking, but the final allocation is made by our teams. We do our best to accommodate your wishes as far as possible.
